Happy Mom's Day
Hello and a Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful mothers out there- especially mine!
I stole this picture from Kent and Giselle's blog since we still don't have our cable to post new pics- and because I think it's the cutest picture ever! =) We're doing great and adjusting to life back in NS more and more everyday! Elliot officially started smiling 2 days ago. She steals our hearts all over again every time she looks at us with those beautiful blues and curls her lips upward. Awww... we just love her so much!
Well, hopefully we'll be up and running this Monday with pictures. Our car arrives from Toronto hopefully this Monday and that means our camera cable comes too. Miss you all!

From BC to CB
Hello world!
The Carabin family is back in Cape Breton. Wow, it feels like it's been forever since we've bloged. Thanks again to the beautiful Amanda Salmon for taking the wheel and keeping everyone updated. =)
Our trip back home was great. Elliot didn't let out a peep unless she was hungry. That was such a huge blessing considering we had three different flights! Once we got back we spent the night at Nana & Papa's (Les & Terri's) and then made our way to Shushan (where we live and work) the next day. Honestly for me the past week or so has been a blur. I was sick the past couple of days and pretty much only woke to feed the baby BUT now I'm doing fine- thankfully!!!
Rick's been keeping busy working with a team from Tennessee. They arrived last Saturday and it's been pretty busy. They leave this coming Saturday and another work team arrives that day. Fun times!
Elliot is doing great! Her days and nights are still royally confused! Her good sleep time is from 3am until around 9 or 10am with a feeding in between of course. We just need to back that up to East Coast time and everything will be swell.
Okay, hopefully we'll have new pictures up soon. Our camera cables are in the car which is somewhere between BC and Toronto. As soon as we find another cable we'll be up and running! Miss you all lots and can't wait to get caught up.
